Does the lip balm come included with the bracelet?
Yes. Each Lip Charm bracelet comes with a natural lip balm included inside the charm, ready to use as soon as you receive the product.
Is the balm natural / vegan / cruelty-free?
Lip Charm offers two versions of lip balm to suit different needs:
Main Balm (natural or with colors and flavors)
- 100% vegan
- Made with only natural ingredients.
- No animal-derived waxes
- Not tested on animals.
Calendula Balm (for sensitive skin/babies)
- It contains beeswax, so it's not vegan.
- Gentle and soothing formula with calendula.
- Recommended for babies from 3 months old.
- Natural and not tested on animals.
Can I replace the balm when it runs out?
Yes! When the balm runs out, you can replace it in two ways:
- Buying our refills
We offer refills on our website so you can always keep your Lip Charm ready to use.
- Using your favorite balm or lipstick
If you prefer, you can also place any other balm or lipstick of your choice inside the medallion.
To make things easier, we always include a bamboo spatula with the purchase of the bracelet — perfect for transferring your product without waste.
Do they sell refills of the balm separately?
Yes. Refills of our balms are available for purchase separately in our store.
You can choose between the main balm (vegan, natural, or with colors and flavors) or the calendula balm.
This way, you can keep your Lip Charm always ready to use, without needing to replace the bracelet.
Does balm have a fragrance or a taste?
Yes. You can choose between the natural version (without fragrance or flavor) or our flavored options.
The available fragrances are:
- Coconut
- Mint
- Vanilla
- Strawberry
- Honey
They are all soft, safe, and ideal for everyday use.
Does balm have color?
It depends on the version you choose:
- Natural Version, Coconut, Honey and Mint:
They are colorless — they leave only a soft, transparent sheen on the lips.
Vanilla and Strawberry Version:
They have a very soft color, thanks to mineral pigments (mica and mineral oxides).
Vanilla gives it a delicate nude tone.
Strawberries give a light and natural pinkish hue.
All versions moisturize without leaving a sticky feeling and are perfect for daily use.
Are the bracelets adjustable?
Yes. Each Lip Charm bracelet includes an adjustable chain, consisting of 16 cm plus a 5 cm extender.
This way, you can choose the link that best fits your wrist, ensuring comfort, security, and a perfect fit for different sizes.

What are the ingredients in the main vegan balm?
Our Main Balm is 100% natural, completely vegan, made with plant-based ingredients and suitable for children aged 3 and up.
All versions share the same nutritional base, differing only in aroma (and color, in two of them).

What are the ingredients in Calendula balm?
Our Calendula Balm is a formula specially designed for delicate skin — including babies — using only high-quality natural and organic ingredients.
The heart of this formula is Organic Shea Butter, renowned for its deeply soothing and protective properties. To it we have added Organic Calendula Extract, a botanical ingredient highly valued for calming, repairing and comforting sensitive skin.
Organic Cocoa Butter adds a rich and nourishing base, while Organic Jojoba and Organic Castor oils help to moisturize, soften and protect without clogging pores or leaving a greasy feeling.
Organic beeswax gives the balm a creamy, luxurious texture, creating a breathable barrier that retains moisture for longer.
Finally, a very gentle touch of Lavender and Mandarin essential oils offers a natural and calming aroma — delicate enough even for babies and sensitive skin.

Yes. All our balms fully comply with the European Cosmetics Regulation (Reg. EC 1223/2009) .
Before they are put up for sale, they go through all the mandatory requirements:
- CPSR – Cosmetic Product Safety Report (safety assessment performed by a qualified professional)
- PIF – Complete and up-to-date Product Information File
- Official notification on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), which is the mandatory portal for marketing cosmetics in the EU.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Formulas analyzed and ingredients within legal limits.

In other words: yes — the balm is completely legal, safe, evaluated, and compliant with all European standards.
Payments, Shipping & Returns
Is shipping free?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order.
Free shipping is only available for orders over €35 within mainland Portugal.
How long does it take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped, with the tracking number (if applicable).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to track the delivery to its destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Portugal, Europe, and other selected countries.
Shipping times and costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the destination.
If your country is not on the list, please contact us and we will try to help.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order, provided the product is new, shows no signs of use, and is in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used balms. To initiate a return, simply contact us via our customer service email with your order number.
Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with all the instructions on how to send the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except if the error is Lip Charm's (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
In these cases, we cover the costs and send a return label.
The customer can send the product using their preferred method (e.g., postal service), following the instructions we send after approving the order.
Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within the first 48 hours of delivery.
We will only ask for a photo of the problem and send it to you:
- a new product, or
- A full refund, whichever you prefer.
We always guarantee that you will receive your Lip Charm in perfect condition.
Can I change the address after the purchase?
Yes, it is possible to change the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
If you need to make a correction, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lip-charm.com, providing your order number and correct address.
If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the address — in this case, we recommend contacting the shipping company/CTT directly with the tracking number.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at info@lip-charm.com with your order number.
We'll check the shipment status with the carriers immediately and give you an update.
If your order is delayed, lost, or there is no tracking information, we'll take care of the situation for you—either by resending the product or finding another suitable solution.
